CrossFit-style training combines elements of bodyweight, weight training, rowing, running, and much more. We have a different workout every day to give your body a different stimulus each time. As an added benefit, you never get bored!
Every class is professionally coached ensuring that you get the best value for your money – the workout of the day is customised to your needs and abilities, so you get the most effective workout every time, and are moving safely and using the correct muscles to maximise the training impact.
Open Gym is available to anyone with prior training experience (CrossFit or otherwise).
There is no charge for drop-ins. Seriously. Everyone is welcome!
