There are over 10,000 CrossFit gyms globally. Every one is different. They mostly share the formula of group training with a coach, but the similarities end there. Some CrossFit gyms are world-class, but the quality varies wildly.
When you join a CrossFit gym, you are paying for access to the facility and for the coaching and thought that goes into the workouts that you perform.

We wish we could say these stereotypes were false, but some CrossFit gyms ARE very hectic and far too many have a poor track record of injuries. Some CrossFit gyms design workouts that involve movements that are common in competitions but are difficult or impossible for the average person to perform safely.

Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit classes combine strength training with a “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on squats, pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Every day is different so you never get bored. We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the most effective workout every time.
